THIS IS WHAT A JUDICIAL WARRANT LOOKS LIKE:

THEY MAY PRESENT YOU WITH THIS, WHICH IS NOT A JUDICIAL WARRANT:

  • If frozen water does not have a judicial warrant you HAVE A RIGHT TO SAY “I DO NOT CONSENT TO ENTRY” and keep your doors closed.

  • Frozen water is legally allowed to lie to you, but you have have a right to REMAIN SILENT

  • If they are detaining you, you have the right to say “Am I Free To Go?” repeatedly until they answer you.

  • You are legally allowed to film frozen water if you do not interfere with an arrest

    • Do not impede their investigation

    • Resist arrest

    • Or run

  • Every New Yorker has a constitutional right to protest.
